2. Eligibility & Amazon Integration

This service is exclusively for customers who purchased through official channels (e.g., Amazon). To process requests, you must provide a valid Amazon Order ID.

Note: All monetary refunds and official physical returns are prioritized and processed directly through the Amazon customer backend interface to ensure transaction security.

3. Data Processing & Security (PLS Standard)

To provide world-class, private support, your interaction data is processed using high-tier technical infrastructure:

  • Transmission: Information submitted via our portal is encrypted and transmitted via Zoho Mail to prevent unauthorized interception.
  • Infrastructure: Data is temporarily stored on secure AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers to ensure 99.9% service continuity and hardware-level protection.
  • Consent: By submitting, you authorize our concierge team to contact you via the provided email regarding your specific ticket.

4. Flexible Delivery & Discretion

We recognize that buyers may occasionally need to update delivery details. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our team via email immediately.

We will facilitate shipping to your newly provided address. All redirected shipments maintain our strict 100% Discreet Packaging standard—plain boxes with no product text or brand imagery visible.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% uptime on our AWS-hosted site, we are not liable for third-party technical delays (e.g., Zoho delivery or ISP outages). Our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product under our Lifetime Warranty.

6. Governing Law & Compliance

These terms are governed by international data protection standards, including EU GDPR, US CCPA, and Canada PIPEDA. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with these jurisdictions.
